30-Day Health Guarantee

Brooke’s Bunny Farm proudly offers a 30-Day Health Guarantee on all small animals purchased directly from our farm.

If your pet experiences a health concern within 30 days of purchase, you must contact Brooke’s Bunny Farm before seeking veterinary care. 

Many common concerns associated with the transition to a new home can often be resolved with our guidance and experience. If veterinary care is determined to be necessary, Brooke’s Bunny Farm will reimburse eligible veterinary expenses up to the original purchase price of the animal.

In the unfortunate event that a covered animal passes away within the 30-day guarantee period due to a qualifying health condition, Brooke’s Bunny Farm will provide one replacement animal of equal value. No cash refunds will be issued.

This health guarantee does not cover illness, injury, or death resulting from:

Accidental injury or trauma

Neglect or abuse

Improper handling or housing

Failure to provide proper nutrition, clean water, or appropriate care

Failure to follow Brooke’s Bunny Farm’s written or verbal care instructions

Heat stress, cold exposure, or other environmental conditions

Predator attacks or injuries caused by other animals

Improper transportation or relocation after purchase

Poisoning, toxic plants, chemicals, or other environmental hazards

Any condition resulting from circumstances beyond Brooke’s Bunny Farm’s control

Brooke’s Bunny Farm reserves the right to request photographs, veterinary records, or the return of the animal (or a veterinary necropsy report, when applicable) to evaluate any warranty claim.

All sales are final. 

We do not offer refunds or accept returns on live animals. Acceptance of the animal constitutes acknowledgment and agreement to these Health Guarantee Terms and Conditions.
